The Challenge
The client was looking to select the design for a new ammonia plant. They need an experienced advisory team with background in ammonia industry to support them and consult as owner representatives during Concept Select, Front End Engineering Design and Detailed Design phases. Client requested support for process, mechanical and process safety disciplines.
Our Approach
Fertilizer Industrial Services provided three specialists to work together with client engineers during the design phases. We created a blended team with a mix of specific ammonia process engineering expertise including a maintenance consultant and a process safety expert. The team was responsible to review the technical documentation and provide comments back to bidder and proponents to clarify the technical details of the project.

Increased the quality of project deliverables by applying a mix experience in operation and design of ammonia plants gained during our EPC projects.
