Frequent tube leakages occur of shell and tube horizontal cooler condenser, the exact root cause still unknown.
Below are some salient facts: 1. Mostly upper portion tubes leaking 2. Leaked tubes are along periphery, 3. Upper 05 rows are of 2RE10 material, 4. NOx inlet temp is 205C, 5. Four cooling water passes.
