So we face the problem of sudden drop of pH (from 10 –> 8) in the water side of Steam Drum (water quality) during the last 2 months and another abnormality that we observed is high conductivity. for Phosphate, the value is fluctuated but it is also higher than normal level. While we initially though that the problem could be from the BFW, we observed a normal value of pH, conduct and silica in deaerator. So do you have any suggestions or ideas of this pH drop phenomena and high conductivity?

First you should calibrate the PH meter, then check the amount of ammonia added to adjust PH.
For high conductivity check steam drum blowdown.
